My husband has made this bread pudding recipe twice already to give away for the holiday along with his own butterscotch rum sauce to be ladled over when it comes out of the oven. The eggnog and challah bread create a taste similar to French toast with the outside crisp and the inside very moist with an incredible sweetness and lightness. Since eggnog is only available during this season, we highly recommend trying this incredible dessert, or for an early morning breakfast with coffee. We gave it to our neighbor during breakfast and our neighbor called us back and told us it was like his grandmothers when he was young. He told us we could make it for them anytime. It is delicious. Thanks for sharing.
