Description

This easy matcha smoothie is filled with antioxidants and health benefits. Only 4 ingredients for the perfect smoothie! Uses your favorite frozen fruit, greens, matcha, and nut milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Chopped Kale
  • 1 cup Frozen Fruit (I Use Blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • ¾ cups Almond Milk (I Used Unsweetened)
  • Stevia, To Taste (optional)
  • Hemp Hearts Or Granola, For Serving

Preparation

Add all items to a blender jar except the hemp hearts and granola. Blend until smooth.
