But first, I had to go to the grocer to get the right bread and a few of the ingredients. It was the most heavenly french toast and breakfast I had ever had. So good in fact, that I wanted to take a nap afterward – so to be safe, cook it on the weekend when naps are as heavenly as the breakfast you just wolfed down. I’m tellin’ ya, it hit the spot.
