		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for posting this!  I inherited my great aunt&#039;s aebleskiver pan a couple of years ago and am always searching for new recipes. My grandma used to make these for us every time we&#039;d visit.  We&#039;d always beg for &quot;evil-skeevers&quot;.  She&#039;d always dropped some raisins into mine before flipped them.  I found out later that her secret recipe was Krusteaz pancake mix but they are still a very fond part of my childhood memories.  I look forward to making these for my daughter.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve never tried these without the pan.  You could probably cook these as regular pancakes but the ball shape makes them what they are... they would taste the same no matter the shape... but just wouldn&#039;t be, technically, Aebleskivers.  ]]></description>
