		<description><![CDATA[Wonderful way to integrate a very healthy non-wheat grain into your diet!  I used honey instead of coconut sugar and subbed butter for the coconut oil (didn&#039;t have either), also left out the nuts due to allergies.  I&#039;m sure it would have been better with them, though!  It was very tasty, but needed a little more honey/brown sugar/milk to taste as the cranberries made it quite tart.  I&#039;d recommend making it the night before, plopping it into an ovenproof dish and just baking it the morning of.  Otherwise it&#039;s quite an endeavor to have finished in time for breakfast.]]></description>
