I picked up some millet for super cheap at a Mennonite country store in rural Wisconsin and decided to try this. It was interesting. I liked the coconut, banana and chocolate, but the cooking method seemed a little strange. I know it is supposed to be porridge-like, but it seemed like way too much liquid. Next time I will probably just cook the millet in water and then add in milk to the desired consistency. Thanks for introducing me to millet. I'd love to see more recipes with it!
