		<description><![CDATA[Wow.  This is by far the best Cinnamon Roll recipe I have found and the closest to a Cinnabon I have found.   I had our dough raise in the refrigerator overnight, and I should have let them get to room temp before cooking.   No complaints from the family, but it came out a little doughy for my taste.  Next time I&#039;ll try to be a better judge the amount of time to cook.  Icing was amazing.]]></description>

We had to use regular unbleached all purpose flour, because that was what we had on hand and we didn&#039;t have a problem.  We got a nice full pan of a dozen rolls, plus a smaller pan with 5 &quot;misfit&quot; rolls from the ends of the roll or my odd cutting.  To me, the amount of frosting, though delicious, was almost excessive, but hubby (and 4 year old son) disagreed and would have probably even liked more. ;)  Definitely a winner and we&#039;ll be making these again!  Thanks for the non-bread machine instructions as well.]]></description>
