The whole family gobbles these up as soon as they are cool enough to eat. Even the super picky 4 year old loves them and that’s saying a lot! I always put a layer of frozen blueberries or blackberries on top of the jelly/jam for some fruit.

Although I cheated a bit and put dark chocolate chips on top right after they came out of the oven and spread it a bit after they melted. Truly awesome!
