		<description><![CDATA[Delicious! I made some changes...just because I made do with what I had, but this recipe lends itself well to changes. I used half and half instead of cream...I think milk would even be great for a less rich strata. I used sausage instead of ham and just a tiny bit of cheese on top. The jalapeño is absolutely necessary in my family, gave it the perfect kick. Will definitely use this recipe as a jumping off point again!]]></description>
