		<description><![CDATA[This was really good, but I had to cook it for almost an hour in order to get the eggs cooked all the way through.  By doing that, the crust was cooked too long and was dry.

I will try to make this again with less liquid.  Maybe 4 eggs and 3/4 or 1/2 cup milk.

		<description><![CDATA[I made this last night for breakfast this morning.  YUM!  It&#039;s very basic, so you could option this to the hilt with tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, chiles, etc.

I used a metal 9x13 pan &amp; it took almost an hour to finish the eggs.  The crust had a nice toasty brown to it by the end.
