I created an account on here because I love this recipe so much!
I wanted to be able to rate it.
I have used this recipe for years. it is The-Best coffee cake EVER!
my sister and mom would make “coffee cake” when I was growing up. they were always dry and pretty much NO flavor. I did NOT like any of them.
This one has SO much flavor. its soft and melts in your mouth! It’s just wonderful! thank you so much Terri! I make this a lot for when guests come over.. and they allll Rave about it.
Including my mom and sister. I just smirk and say to myself.. Yeah.. Terri knows what coffee cake is supposed to be.

My 3 year old granddaughter and I made this for the family. It was a big hit! So moist and flavorful. Will be making this often, especially during blueberry season. Highly recommend!

This was a great recipe…and especially good when eaten warm out of the oven. The recipe was so good that I got a nod from the hubby and he helped himself to a second piece.

I was craving blueberry muffins so I made this in a muffin pan instead of a 9×13. It made 19 muffins and I only needed about half of the streusel topping. These disappeared very quickly! Great recipe
