We loved this baked oatmeal! I have tried a few recipes and this one is my favortie! My one year old loved it too! I made it dairy-free (with vegan butter and almond milk) and it turned out great! Have you ever made it with sliced apples? I would like to try it, but I'm not sure if the apples would cook through. Thank you for this great and healthy recipe!

I really liked this baked oatmeal. The peaches are a perfect addition and it’s delicious. Sweetening it mostly with applesauce is guilt-free. I only added half of the brown sugar and left out the maple syrup (only because I didn’t have any) and it still tasted great! Perfect Saturday morning breakfast and even my VERY picky one-yr-old loved it=) Also, easily made dairy-free… just use coconut oil in place of butter and coconut milk in place of regular.
