		<description><![CDATA[I think something is off on this recipe.  It says to bake 1 hour. I checked mine at 45 minutes and it was dark brown so I pulled it out and it was dry and crackly through out.  I looked at my other baked oatmeal recipes and they only cook 30 minutes.  They all have more liquid ingredients (egg, butter, etc) but I had thought that perhaps the applesauce was their replacement.  This just didn&#039;t work out at all.]]></description>
