I made a dozen mini loaves and 2 dozen mini muffins. I just ate half a mini loaf myself, the kids are going to love this in the morning. I did not put nuts in it because I plan to give them away but I do not think they need them at all. So excited to finally find a kick a$$ zucchini bread recipe.
