While visiting my mom, we had an extra large zucchini we wanted to make into bread. After searching for my Grandmom’s recipe for some time, we decided to look for one here. From what we could recall this recipe was closest to the one we had in our family, so we gave it a try… And boy oh boy, was it a success! We decided to make mini bundt cakes instead of loaves, so that we could share with our friends and neighbors easier. They were a HUGE hit! Everyone loved them and is eagerly awaiting us to make them again. (Note: we didn’t have any Allspice in the house so we chose to leave it out and added a tiny bit more of the remaining spices in it’s place instead.) we are looking forward to making this recipe again and again!!!
