		<description><![CDATA[I would like to add when adding the oil to the pan you want a good coating on the bottom but not so much that the batter is swimming.  :)  I measure out 1/4 cup don&#039;t quite use it all.  Plus, depending on your oven maybe check it at 20 minutes and if golden remove. My oven runs a bit cool.
