		<description><![CDATA[These biscuits are easy.  I like the idea of using plain yogurt, I used nonfat and that makes me feel less guilty.  They are soft inside with a slight crust.  Perfect texture.  I hesitated just a bit about 5 mitts on account of the flavor not being very strong, however, I still give them 5 mitts.  Once you put butter, or jam or both on them their flavor is boosted with their nice texture.  Thanks for posting.]]></description>
