These just came out of my oven and they are soft and delicious. I was looking for a refrigerator roll recipe but a lot of them contained potato flakes and I didn't have any, so this one fit the bill. I also didn't have white whole wheat flour so I subbed in AP unbleached flour and a little more than 3/4 cups WW flour.
This recipe is perfect for someone who wants to get ahead during the holiday season. Would be a snap to put together the night before Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
Next time I'll be prepared and use white WW flour to make them healthier.
