Fabulous! I usually accept that using whole wheat flour compromises the texture in breads like this but not in this case! The bread was moist and spongey. Also, I didn’t mix my peanut butter in that well and am discovering little pockets of gooey peanut butter throughout the bread. So delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
