		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve used this recipe for years and it is always a big hit! I make mini muffins and bake them for 25 minutes. 

I&#039;ve started messing with the recipe to make it healthier with no complaints from the hubby and kids.....sub olive oil for butter, honey or raw sugar for brown/white combo.  I&#039;ve added up to six bananas, just depending on how many needed to be used. 

Can&#039;t go wrong with this recipe!]]></description>
