I was skeptical, not liking anything I have tried so far that comes under the heading of vegan. Most recipes to me, are bland and tasteless. This recipe on the other hand, is amazing whether you’re a vegan or not. Tasty, full of pumpkin flavor, and moist. Thanks for sharing.
