It’s so moist you can leave it out, uncovered, and it doesn’t dry out.

I usually do a double batch because one doesn’t last long enough. I decrease the sugar to 1.5 cups and add three bananas instead of two. I don’t recall why I do that, I just always have.

I won 1st place at our country fair using this recipe!
