Made these this morning and they are so tasty. I made my own corn meal mix and used white whole wheat flour instead of regular. The flavor is amazing- sweet and slightly corn flavored, but rich from the cake mix. My two youngest kids are happily devouring their muffins as I type. Thanks for the easy and tasty recipe!
