I made it with two eggs and regular sour cream and made it in my muffin pans. I think the next time I make it I&#039;ll add dried cranberries and or walnuts. Good stuff!!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I was sceptical... no butter, no oil... so I thought it wouldn&#039;t taste good.  How wrong I was!  It was dense, it was moist, and baked perfectly at 60 minutes.  I even added 1/4 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup chocolate chips for a Super Moist Low Fat Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Bread.
