I have tried so many banana bread recipes and this is now my favorite. I love the idea of using yogurt and a little butter rather than lots of oil like some recipes. Much healthier and less fattening. You may want to add the words “yogurt” or “lower fat” in the title for the searchers looking for healthier versions. Thanks again for posting.
