I made 2 loaves and brought them into work. Both were gone before lunch. They were very tasty and moist. For the 1/2 cup of flour, I used whole wheat. That was the only thing I did differently only because I wanted to use up a small bag I had that was open. I have this saved and I will be making it often. Thanks!
