There was a lot of frosting, so I’d also recommend cutting the frosting recipe in half (although I did finish it off with some graham crackers, never a bad idea!)

It was a great hit in my house, though some found it to be a little rich…I thought about using applesauce in place of the oil, but I’m not sure how well that would work! This was very easy to make, and certainly not very time consuming….The icing recipe makes a lot, so if you aren’t into icing, you may consider making a little less!
