I used my muffin pan, and only cooked them for about 23 minutes. They came out wonderful! Dense and moist, but I think next time I’ll go alittle lighter on the nutmeg( I omitted the ginger ’cause I didn’t have any)… but over-all, WONDERFUL on a rainy afternoon with a cup-o-coffee or after-school snack… Thank you for sharing this recipe!
