		<description><![CDATA[These were great!! I made them for dessert and they were a hit. I made the dough a couple hours before and left in in the fridge. I had some trouble rolling it out, but finally sprayed some non-stick spray on the counter and covered it with plenty of flour.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Sopapillas are SOOOOO good.  If you&#039;re from Oklahoma, there is a restaraunt called Casa Bonita (they have one in Denver too).  And the best thing about the restaraunt is that you can have all the sopapillas you want.  And of course you have to eat them with honey and have it drip down your chin.  Thanks for the recipe, they brought back such fun memories.]]></description>
