		<description><![CDATA[I will definitely make these again especially for parties. Everyone loved them and the kids had fun making them. I did half of my batch using cinnamon sugar and the other half as a plain salted pretzel. Cons: They were missing the chewiness but I didn&#039;t use a stand mixer so my dough was probably not kneaded enough and the cinnamon ones could have used more salt in the dough so keep that in mind if you plan on doing a flavored pretzel. Pros: Easy, fun, and the directions were a cinch to follow. The changes I made were using bread flour instead of all-purpose because that is what I had on hand and I used slightly less yeast because a packet is only 2 1/4 tsp. All around nice recipe!
