Even though the ingredients list “extra flour for kneading” no where does it actually say to knead. But after failing on so many other bread recipes I am proud to announce this is my FIRST success. It turned out wonderful! flaky tasty, and SOOOOO EASY! I will be making these again… and OFTEN!

Once upon a time I had a cinnamon roll with mashed potatoes in the recipe…I haven’t been able to find a recipe that sounds right ever since. I will definitely be trying these, as they look as though they can live up to the memory of those long ago cinnamon rolls! Thanks!

Excellent !! Tried them last nite and the family enjoyed.
Mine did not rise much but we have snow so that may have effected it.

First time have used egg whites in the filling but it seemed to help the filling not leak out as fast and keep the roll moist.
