Just popped one of these in the oven.  Can&#039;t wait for it to be baked.  I thought the method was unusual adding the flour before the eggs but the mixture looks so light and creamy.I think I&#039;ll try it with some of my other loaf recipes.
I had a whole bunch of apples needing used up so I made this for my mother in law and will make another for school lunches this week.  I added 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves too - because I love cloves and apples.
