I loved these rolls, although admittedly they don’t have great staying power if you live in a more humid climate since the onions tend to continue sweating after baking is over (I blame South Carolina, not the bread!). I may try to top them with cheddar or asiago next time, since my husband isn’t a big blue cheese fan. Still, I thought they were fantastic! Thank you!
