I changed out 1 c. of white flour for 1 c. of wheat. Thinking next time I’ll sub. applesauce for the oil. I made 3 small loaves b/c I don’t have a full size loaf pan. My kids ate 1 1/2 loaves right after they walked in the door from school. Huge HIT!
