I did add some cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the mix. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

I used pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon and then topped them with frosting (That’s the Best Frosting I’ve Ever Had). Great recipe!

They were amazing, especially fresh from the oven. The top was nice and crunchy and they tasted like pumkin. Instead of using canned pumpkin, I had some cooked and pureed that and used it instead. Beautiful. One thing, they took double the time to cook but that was no problem!
