They were very moist, and they are much tastier when the cinnamon/sugar topping is sprinkled on heavy. I made one batch with a light sprinkle of the topping and a second batch with a heavy layer of the topping and everyone liked the heavier topping better. Next time I am going to chop up pecans to sprinkle on top along with the topping. Great recipe–I am going to make these for Thanksgiving.
