I thought that was a brilliant addition to the pumpkin muffin! These muffins were tasty, yummy and creative, however I found that they did not rise very well. I wonder if maybe they needed a bit of baking powder perhaps (although in your photo they seemed to have risen quite nicely) . Thank you for the recipe!

I used dried cranberries (Craisins) which worked great. The orange glaze just sets these off perfectly. Love them! A+
