		<description><![CDATA[These muffins were delish!  I realized that I didn&#039;t have whole wheat flour on hand, but did have Almond Meal.  I used 3/4 c almond meal and 3/4 c flour.  I followed the rest of the directions exactly (and used 2 eggs).  I think I would use slightly less almong meal and more flour next time.  Both my kids loved them too.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I made these, using ENER-G egg replacer, and whole wheat pastry flour, as it is all I had.

It was excellent! Good job! yum. 

I also added nutmeg and allspice to mine, to make it more pumpkin pie tasting.]]></description>
