She is beginning to cook (she’s 13) and I thought this would be a good one for her to try. She made up a batch of them all on her own, with only a little help putting the muffin pan in and out of the oven (she’s still a little timid regarding the hot oven rack).

We just had a warm muffin not long out of the oven, and they are delicious! Will be looking forward to trying another tomorrow after they’ve cooled. Very moist and tasty.
