We went ahead and made 8 large twisted pretzels and they were very yummy. Baking time was about the same, maybe add a couple of minutes.

You might need to add more dough to your bread machine–I usually do, and I did this time, too. These are fantastic, and I highly recommend them. It is a great thing to make with kids–even a good study in math. I will definitely make these again.
