However, I was really surprised with the end results. The banana flavor was light and the muffins were so moist! I also loved the addition of the pomegranate seeds mixed with chocolate chips. The pomegranate seeds were just enough to add a fun twist to a typical banana/chocolate chip muffin recipe. Delicious recipe!
