Delicious! This is my go-to recipe for banana bread now. Moist and exceptionally flavourful

My husband loves the crunch that the turbinado lends to this. I've made it with chocolate chips and even into single serve muffins. It always turns out perfectly.

Thanks for sharing.

This is the first time I've made banana bread, and I was very pleased with how easy this recipe was and how yummy it came out! I decided to make them into 12 small muffins instead of a loaf to portion it out and cut down on baking time, and I also added walnuts for some crunch. Thanks for this delicious recipe, it will definitely be my go-to for banana bread!

This really was perfect! Moist, sweet, and easy. I loved that I didn't have a sinkful of dishes. I used 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar since I didn't have sugar in the raw. I also only had 3 medium bananas, but it was still moist. This could be because two of them had been frozen, so they were extra soft.

Definitely turned out delicious and I love that I can make it in one bowl.

I think this recipe would benefit from a more specific measurement for the mashed bananas, since they vary in size. I used 3 very large bananas, and my bread is a little mushy.

Also, I used 1/4 t. salt and might do more next time, just to keep the sweetness from becoming too cloying.

For some reason, I've always struggled with making banana bread that's moist enough. That won't happen again now that I've found this recipe! I substituted brown sugar for the Turbinado sugar and added 1/3 c. chopped pecans as well. Yummy!

Great recipe. As I only had 3 smallish bananas I used 1/2 cup of melted butter and it turned out lovely and moist.

As for the sugar I used a 1/2 cup of white and a 1/2 cup of soft brown.

and lastly I also discovered I was out of vanilla so added some maple syrup extract

Yum yum yum yum yum!!!!

I have made this banana bread twice and both times to rave reviews of my family. I used regular white sugar for the entire amount and it works great. Just the right amount of sweetness in the bread and so very moist! Will be my go to recipe for sure!
