It had a lovely texture and a nice pizza flavor! We ate it with salad but it would be equally good for a soup night. I may try making it in a sheet pan next time so it can be cut into squares but thats my crazy idea In the recipe you left out how much marinara to use. Thankfully I found it on your blog but you may want to update that here if you can. It really is delicious and something I’ll make again. I can’t wait to try it with some minestrone in the winter.
