Really tasty! I used paper muffin cups and they didn't stick to those. I added 1/2 tsp. of maple flavoring. They are very, very greasy though.

These are so easy to make and are simply the best! If you like pecan pie, you will love these muffins. I will make them again. They are my new favorites.
And I sprayed my muffin tins and had no problem with sticking. I let them cool first.

I am rating and reviewing these muffins on taste and texture which was terrific. We really loved them! Not too sweet and very simple to make. However... I felt I sprayed my muffin pan well with nonstick spray but these bad boys stuck like crazy! I tried to remove a couple while they were warm and had a fair amount of sticking. Decided to wait until cool and had major sticking. The recipe didn't specify when to remove them from the pan, cool or warm. I will definitely make them again but will try to use lots of butter instead of spray and see if I get better results. Flavor really was great tho!
