		<description><![CDATA[These muffins turned out good!  However, there are a couple of typos in the recipe.  I think the &#039;1-1/2 Tablespoon baking powder&#039; should be in teaspoons.  I couldn&#039;t bring myself to add the amount of baking powder the recipe called for so I adjusted it to teaspoons and next time I will just do 1 tsp instead of 1-1/2.  Also, in the directions it says to &quot;Stir peanut butter mixture into egg mixture...&quot; but it should read &quot;Stir dry ingredients into the peanut butter/egg mixture.&quot;  I like that these muffins are on the healthier side and my kids like them!]]></description>
