		<description><![CDATA[Very good! My mistake was thinking I didn&#039;t need to use frozen fruit, as I had some ripe peaches sitting on my table.  I did cut them up and put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, but it was not enough, the fruit was still too soft. As I was folding it in, juices leaked out and made the batter too moist in places. I ended up baking them 4-5 minutes longer. Still, very pleased with how they turned out.]]></description>
