		<description><![CDATA[While the flavor was good, the texture was a bit off.  Next time I&#039;ll let the batter sit so the oats can soften before putting them into the muffin pan.  There was an almost rubbery texture too, and I can&#039;t figure out how that happened, but it&#039;s quite possible it was my fault.

I&#039;ll try them again sometime and see how it goes.  Still, a great taste combination!]]></description>
