Coworkers LOVED IT; as did my boyfriend. He will eat half a loaf for breakfast :) Super yummy. A very small hint of a spicy flavor thats good throughout the year. You will not be sorry you tried this bread. I eat it like I do banana bread, a little bit of butter or plain. YUM. (also very moist)

I have even made four mini loafs which I baked around 30 minutes. They turned out great! I made them for a bake sale at work and they were all sold within an hour. (I made twenty mini loafs; five batches)
