I was skeptical...."no fuss" focaccia?? It is exactly that and delicious, too!! Will definitely make again. I, too, only used all-purpose flour and it turned out great. Sprinkle a little more olive oil on the top right after it comes out of the oven.

This has become our go-to bread when we need something fast and easy, especially if we're having soup or pasta. We live in China, and can rarely find whole wheat flour, so I use all-purpose, but it rises up nice and fluffy and bakes up quickly. I usually sprinkle on Italian herbs and garlic salt. I'm sure it would be good with Parmesan or another cheese, as well, but I keep it simple. Great recipe!

I made this tonight as a sandwich bread for a pesto, mozzarella, tomato and bacon sandwich. I mixed the herbs and onion powder into the dough and drizzled the top with olive oil. Mine was pretty tough around the edges and not as tender inside as I was hoping for. Maybe my oven cooks fast?? I'll definitely make it again...it had a great flavor and it was SO easy!

I made this with only all-purpose flour, as I didn't have any wheat flour on hand, and sprinkled with Italian Seasoning. Hubby and daughter loved it. It really was simple to make. Will be making it again!

I have made this bread twice since I found your recipe and I love it! I was so afraid to try a bread recipe (I've been hurt in the past) but this was so easy and delish! Thanks!

Our family loves this with shredded parmesan and cheddar sprinkled on the top for the last 4 minuets. Once again thank you for this delicious and simple receipt.

This bread was delicious...so much better than store bought and VERY easy. I will be making this anytime we need bread with pasta or soup! I only let it rise for 35 minutes and it turned out great!
