Has anyone made the dough the night before and refrigerated overnight or refrigerated the roll overnight and then cut, let set and baked in the morning ?

OMGoodness as close to cinnabon as you can get. Yummy made them today and yea there are none left. We cut the recipe in half for our family.

Perfection! The only changes I made were to sub butter for the marg and vanilla bean paste for the extract. Thank you for all of the hard work you put into creating this recipe!

Excellent!! I made these for Easter morning and they really do taste like Cinnabon! I followed recipe exactly except used butter in place of margarine. I also doubled the frosting because I had more than 15 rolls. Thanks so much!

Delicious! I’ve made many cinnamon roll recipes and this was by far the easiest dough to work with. I followed the recipe exactly, except I omitted the cream cheese from the fosting, since I’m not a cream cheese fan. I upped the margerine a bit and the frosting was perfect. Also, follow the baking time exactly! I left mine in a little longer since they didn’t seem to be browning on top, but the undersides were cooked a bit more than I like. I brought them to a dinner party as dessert and everyone loved them. I will make again!

I followed the roll recipe to a T, but as for the frosting, I used the pioneer woman cinnamon roll frosting recipe with a cream cheese base. They are amazing!!

Make somebody happy – MAKE THESE TODAY!!!! They are so yummy!!! So very light and tasty. I made these Saturday night for Sunday morning and they are all gone… The only change I made was I let them rise twice because I didn’t have time to roll them out after the first rise, then cut them and let them rise overnight in the fridge. Thank you Lauren, my family is already asking for them again!
